I agree that many questions about the new AX products are best directed to users who own them, rather than to those of us with the "old, original Orbi" product.
However, connecting to an Orbi router seems to be a generic sort of question. Perhaps some details would be helpful, such as:
- What is a power reboot?
Turning the power off and back on? or
Doing a Factory Reset? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMw4ePACgc4
A factory reset returns the Orbi credentials to "admin" and "password". Cycling the power does not. - What is the Orbi connected to?
This affects what IP the Orbi presents to the LAN side.
"Normal" is 192.168.1.1, but if the ISP device has already taken that subnet, then 10.0.0.1 often shows up. - What is being used to connect to the router?
Computer connected with an ethernet cable?
WiFi connection? - How was the IP address discovered?
Typically, the Orbi IP is also the internet gateway for devices connected to the Orbi.
(unless the Orbi is in access point [AP] mode) - When attempting to connect via the IP address, does the login authentication screen come up?
