I would start with directly testing the ONT. We could troubleshoot all day just to find out its the ont so its always good to start at step 1

So I've tried directly connecting the ONT and incredibly, I'm getting far lower speeds both up and down than I was getting from the router connected to the ONT! Think I'm just going to have to temporarliy connect the ISP router to the ONT, call them to get them to sort then reconnect the Orbi and hope for the best.
