I recently purchased some exercise equipment that connects through their app to their servers with exercise videos. As part of a troubleshooting process with their support team regarding video quality, they ran a performance test on my network using an Orbi RBR750 mesh. Their diagnosis was that I had a firewall in place that was limiting the connectivity to their servers.
Their recommendation was to whitelist their servers, and they sent me a list of several servers and several specfic TCP and UDP ports.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to accomplish this? From what I can tell, the Orbi app only allows me to unblock specific URLs.
Still wondering. Have you some kind of modem, for example?

There's still nothing in it with which I can work. If they tell you to climb down from your rooftop, but you're not on your rooftop, then that advice is worth how much, would you say?

While I do not have an RBR750, I did just glance at your user manual, and it says you can indeed block/allow ports in the router menu here: ADVANCED > Security > Block Services
