Whitelist servers?

Whitelist servers?
I recently purchased some exercise equipment that connects through their app to their servers with exercise videos. As part of a troubleshooting process with their support team regarding video quality, they ran a performance test on my network using an Orbi RBR750 mesh. Their diagnosis was that I had a firewall in place that was limiting the connectivity to their servers.
Their recommendation was to whitelist their servers, and they sent me a list of several servers and several specfic TCP and UDP ports.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to accomplish this? From what I can tell, the Orbi app only allows me to unblock specific URLs.

I don't know what that means. Who was "using an Orbi RBR750"?

I don't know what that means. Or how they reached that "diagnosis".

Hard to do when there's no blacklist to overcome.

With my weak psychic powers, I can't see it from here.

Not I. None of it makes any sense to me.

Firmware version? Connected to what? Do you also have an RBR750?
With what equipment, exactly, are we dealing?

I don't know how else to clarify the situation for you, as that was the information that I was given.

Ok.

Still wondering. Have you some kind of modem, for example?

Still true.

There's still nothing in it with which I can work. If they tell you
to climb down from your rooftop, but you're not on your rooftop, then
that advice is worth how much, would you say?
> Hard to do when there's no blacklist to overcome.
Still true.

Re: Whitelist servers?
While I do not have an RBR750, I did just glance at your user manual, and it says you can indeed block/allow ports in the router menu here: ADVANCED > Security > Block Services
