cant find wifi router name

We have the ORBI RBR750 our Lenovo touchscreen desktop picks up all the router/wifi names/signals around us but not the Orbi three feet away. I have other devices that are working perfectly. Have done all the suggestions on an internet search and have run out of ideas. Any suggestions?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? 

Try disabling AX mode on the RBR.
