You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

Thanks. I've tried the solution you provided but LAN port still unable ping to 192.168.1.1. i think the initial system u-boot (kind of bootloader) didn't work. Please see log file attached.

Trying pinging 192.168.1.250 on the RBS.
.1.1 is only for the RBR.
If you can't get in a all or recover the RBS, make contact with NG support and ask about RMA options.
