new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
After upgrading I am unable to see the wired devices that are connected to the satellites. WiFi and router devices show fine in the list.

If you log into the satellites through the browser, do they show up?

Re: new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
For one of the satellites I don't see any of the wired devices
For the second one. I see only one device out of 3 with ip showing as 'unknown' (see image below)
I haven't resorted to factory reset yet

Re: new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
It seems like it is an issue with the 6.3.7.10 satellite firmware.
I downgraded the version on my satellite (back to x.x.x.5) and the devices started to show properly.
I than did the same with the other satellite and it worked as well.
I than upgraded back one of hte satellites (x.x.x.10) and the issue showed up again. Downgrading back solved the issue.
I kept the router version as x.x.x.10 for now.

Re: new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
After the firmware update, did you try a factory reset of the satellite/routers?
If there's issues after a firmware change, its worth trying to see if an old setting is causing it.
If that doesn't help, then its probably a bug/issue

Re: new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
Good point @plemans. I forgot to mention that when I changed firmware I also have done factory reset on the satellites. I also have done factory reset on the router (all 3) in the initial state when things didn't work. But the fact it was 100% repro on the new firmware version and on both satellites does suggest there is an issue with the new firmware.

Re: new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
I didn't see the same issue on my firmware so hopefully its just to few cases.
I know the mods/engineers watch the flagship forums a little closer than the standard device forums so hopefully its being tracked

Re: new RBRE950/RBSE950 firmware v6.3.7.10 issues
Thanks for the info. Don't think that the backhaul matter in this case as you can see it when connecting to the satellite but everything is possible.
I found another weird thing (in the older firmware x.x.x.5) - after factory reset and before setting up my ssid, I gave it temporary password. connecting to the satellite showed all the wired devices but also showed a wifi device. Don't know what it is and not sure how it even connected (if at all) as it's not my ssid and the password was something I didn't use.
but that's a problem for another day 🙂
