I have followed the instructions and bypassed the Starlink wifi to push through the the Orbi system but am not getting any internet connection, are there any internal settings that need changing to make this work?

Thanks for your replies, i managed to resolve the issue with a factory reset in the end and setting up the Orbi system as a fresh install. please note that following the factory reset the Orbi app no longer connected to the router so I had to uninstall that and reinstall it to get a connection again. and again even though I set up the same network names and passwords as I had previously I did need to go and reboot and reconnect several devices which I think was down to IP conflicts.
Anyway now up online with Starlink and it's a pretty good connection averaging 240MB down and 36MB up

Re: using Starlink with AX4200 mesh system
Check with the ISP for help and information on connecting up a external WiFi system to there equipment.
If your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

Try option #2 first...
Also users have posted that adding a non managed switch in between the ISP equipment and the Orbi RBR has helped getting things working.

Could you please provide a link to these instructions? (would be useful to read these instructions)

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
