2.4G devices not connecting to Orbi Satellite

On firmware V2.1.2.18
I have a few 2.4G devices, all right next to the Orbi Satellite, but they all are connected to the main router instead, which is not close, so they drop off. Why do they not connect to the Satellite? Only 5G devices seem to connect to Satellite. Is there a way to force the connection? Not sure what to do.

Have you tried to enable fast roaming on the devic?e as those 2.4ghz devices are sticking to the main router and not switching.
