2017 Orbi RBR50 Out of home controls not working - device already registed to another account

I have a 2017 RBR50 Orbi system and was trying to access the Out Of Home Controls when the message flashed 'This Netgear device is already registered with another account'.

 

I used to be able to login remotely but haven't done that in a while and wanted to turn off one of my kids game systems.

 

What can I do to fix this problem so I can toggle on / off certain devices connected to my wifi?
