Accessing Netgear C7100V in bridge mode behind Orbi
I have an Orbi RBR50 as the router in a system with the Netgear C7100V set in bridge mode.
Of course, during setup I was able to access the C7100V via 192.168.0.1.
Now with the Orbi in place, I cannot access the C7100V setup at all - everything I try gets pointed back to the Orbi.
Maybe I missed something, but how do I access the C7100V setup page with the Orbi in place?
I cannot use ethernet from the C7100V either, as I cannot pull and IP off of the C7100V (although I suppose I could manually configure one in the 192.168.0.x range for the purposes of accessing the C7100V admin setup).

Check the user manual on bridge behavior. Some modems no long allow access to the UI after it's in bridge mode...

Re: Accessing Netgear C7100V in bridge mode behind Orbi
This usually works with modems in bridge mode. I have this setup now with a DSL modem. I'm not sure about this modem, but I expect this will work:
1. Take a laptop or desktop computer with a wired Ethernet port and manually set the IP address for the wired connecton to 192.168.0.2. Turn off any WiFi on the computer.
2. Wire the computer to one of the unused LAN ports on the modem.
3. Connect to the modem GUI at 192.168.0.1 as before.
Note that you cannot normally access the modem from computers on the LAN side of Orbi (or any other router you might use.)

Re: Accessing Netgear C7100V in bridge mode behind Orbi
I have a C7100V in bridge mode with the Orbi RBR50/RBS50.
The C7100V can be found at http://192.168.100.1/
