Allow Youtube Kids app, block all other YouTube

I've just installed my router and am working with the Circle app to configure security for family members. I'd like to allow my young child to use the YouTube Kids app on his Android device, but block him from the regular YouTube app or website. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Not sure if thats possible. I would ask NG or Circle app support about this...
