BEWARE: Solid Magenta on Router Even After Beta Firmware
I HAVE JUST ABOUT HAD ENOUGH...
I am beyond frustrated at this point and am looking for some help. I have had consistent disconnect issues and was issued the beta firmware to try out. Initially that seemed to fixed the issues with the contestant disconnect even though I suspect that the speeds were throttled.
However after a few days, the router is now showing a solid magenta color and is not working at all and it is driving me insane!!! I bought the 3 pack at Costco about 6 months ago and was patient. But now I am about out of patience.
Does anyone know if Costco will accept a return on this unit after 6 months??? At this point it has to be deemed defective.
Any help would be appreciated

Hello HSC1102
Have you tried to factory reset the units after loading the beta firmware?
