When problems come up immediately after installing new firmware, it might be time to consider downloading the previous firmware from the Netgear support site and manually installing it.

One thing to try after a FW update is power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem/ONT and Orbi system.
Or try a factory reset and setup from scratch on the RBR, with powering off the ISP modem/ONT for 30 seconds then back ON.

A reset on the RBR would be needed as well as the RBS.
