What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Download pingplotter.com on to a PC. Wire connect the PC directly to the ISP modem first and test with out the Orbi connected. Test from PC to modem them from modem to the pingplotter.com site. Then connect the Orbi to the modem and the PC to the Orbi. Ping the Orbi first, then the modem thru the Orbi then pingplotter site thru both Orbi and modem. I would recommend doing this while ALL other devices are turned OFF and not connected. Just the wired PC alone.
Checking for any packlet loss and errors along the way at each stage as you test. Review the pingplotter site for information on what to look for.
Singal from ISP can be an issue. ISP Cabling up to the modem can be an issue. Modem can be an issue.
