What modem/gateway do you have?
What router is it connected to?
Firmware on the router?
do all devices have this issue? or just one?
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80

Sounds like you have a problem with this technology stuff.
If you can't find the answers to the questions that people have asked you – there are plenty more where they came from – I suggest that you return the thing to whoever supplied it and buy something else.
Explain your problem to them and they may offer an easier alternative
