Can only choose between 4 channels in 5GHz

I have RBR50 and RBS50 (not proposed in  model)

Only 4 channelsare available in 5GHz Wifi

I'm running in firmware V2.0.0.76

Orbi does not allow you to use DFS channels.

Could you please explain why Netgear restrict 5GHz to only 4 channels for Orbi

Because the other 5Ghz channels are used for the wireless backhaul so you can't use them for your wifi as they'd conflict.  The strong dedictated wireless backhaul is one of the main features of the Orbi and reason it performs faster than other mesh systems.

There are many many channels in 5GHZ available. I'm sure Netgear can block some of them for the wireless backhaul and increase the channels for the user s Wifi

I 100% agree. This is ridiculous and severely limits the performance of the product. There are many channels available for the backhaul. Limiting us to 4 freaking channels is stupid. Please fix this Netgear.

There are only "many channels" when limiting to 20Mhz or 40Mhz channel widths.
