Can't login to orbi

I recently moved and my Orbi is not letting my son connect via a wired connection via ethernet cable from the satellite. I need to log in to see if I temporarily blocked him (I used to do that regularly when I could log in). However my username and password do not work at any of the sites http://orbilogin.com, http://orbilogin.net, http://192.168.1.1/, http://192.168.0.1

After three failed attempts it asks for my Serial # which I entered, then it asks for my place of birth and mother's place of birth which I entered and then it says the information is incorrect.

How can I hard reset and clear this out to set a new password?

On the same note the app on my phone no longer works for me. It asks me to login with my email and password which it then says are invalid. I can login online. Apparently I never registed my Orbi. When I try and register it, it won't let me.

I am so frustrated I am ready to throw this in the trash.

A "factory reset" is performed by sticking a paperclip into the tiny "reset" hole on the back of the router for 10-12 seconds until the power LED on the back begins to flash amber.  That puts the Orbi back into "out of the box" condition.  i.e. the web interface has user ID "admin" and password "password".  The WiFi has the SSID and password that is on the label of the router.

Thanks. A hard reset got everything working except for the fact that when I login to netgear it says my product has already been registered but it's not registered under my email address. I didn't buy it used so that is a mystery to me. But as everything is working guess I am ok. Thanks for your help!
