I recently plugged in my second satellite to my system and having poor Backhaul performance. I noticed that my Router and 1st satellite are at firmware 2.2.1.210, but the added satellite is as V1.3.0.26, since it has been siting in the box since I bought it. Auto update not working, says it cannot find an update. When I do manual, down load the 2.2.1.210.img and I enter it into the field to update, is says "please select correct configuration file". I tried it on the 1st satellite and it took it. I am at a loss on how to update the sattelite firmware. Help

Re: Cannot update firmware on RBS50 Satellite
Go to the NETGEAR website and download an older version of the satellite firmware, like 1.10 or 1.11, or something. Manually update. Your firmware is too old to autoupdate direclty to the latest version.
