Just got the RBR40 Router with 2 satalites. I went throught the process of setting it up. Got both satalites to glow blue and I can see the router name on my wifi list of networks but when i click on it to use it nothing happens. no internet..... and on my laptop same thing i can see the name of the wifi but it says internet not connected. How do i trouble shoot?

Re: Cant connect
Satellites glowing blue means that they successfully connected to the Orbi. How did the Orbi router "glow"?

How are you managing the Orbi system? (Orbi web interface from the laptop or Orbi "app" usiing a smartphone or tablet)?

Re: Cant connect
Cat gave up on me and went to sleep. Great that your Orbi is now "in business".
