Circle Passcode Text

Question

Just upgraded phone and trying to install Cicle on it. The Passcode that's stated in the app doesnt work and I dont get a text when I ask it to send me one.

I've seen a few people with the same issue but can't find an answer..... Anyone got any ideas??
