HOW DO I DISABLE ARMOR? I HAVE A RBR20 ROUTER AND IT IMPACTING ALL CONNECTED DEVICES, PARTICULARLY CHROMECAST AND OTHER WIRELESS CONNECTED DEVICES. PLEASE HELP!!!
As far as I know, there are only two ways to disable Armor:
Perform a "Factory Reset" and set the Orbi up from scratch (and say "No Thanks" to Armor), and
Use the Orbi "app". Scroll down and tap (click?) on the "Security" square, which will open up a panel with an option to disable Armor.
Disclaimer: I have never activated Armor, so this is just what I have read. I am so paranoid about Armor that I would go with the Factory Reset for fear that the app would claim Armor is disabled and be lying to me. (Geez, this does sound sort of like the definition of paranoid).
Maybe better to try the app and see if the problems go away and save a reset for if they don't.
