Deleted device

I have an Orbi RBK 50 with firmware up to date. I mistakenly deleted a cell phone and after restarts on both phone and Orbi the phone is not being recognized. Is there a fix for this? Tha ks in advance.

Re: Deleted device

This sounds like the Orbi web interface is the solution.

Re: Deleted device

Deleted from where?

When Access Control is enabled on the Orbi router, there is a choice to Allow or Deny "new devices" ability to connect.

This feature is only accessible using the web interface.

Can you check whether it is ON or OFF?

Re: Deleted device

I mistakenly deleted my wife's cell phone from the Orbi app. Rebooted both Orbi and cell phone. Cell phone shows "no internet" after deleting.
