Devices Disconnected
I just purchased these devices and installed in a location 300 miles away. Worked ok for about 3 days now The router shows disconnected when I attempt to connect to devices on the network. The modem is able to be restarted and verified it's operating ok. I am being told there is no way to reboot the router other then a hard boot at the devices. Any others seen these types of issues going offline?

Re: Devices Disconnected
I'm not sure if I could understand the problem correctly, please let me know if otherwise.
I understand that you are using the Orbi app to remotely manage your Orbi network and you have issues with that, correct?
The app remote management is a handy feature that usually works fine and provides you with basic information about your Orbi network, but it depends much on the Orbi's connectivity to the NG servers.
Have you enabled Remote Management? I think it's a more controlled remote management tool than the app. Here is how you activate it:
My Setup | Internet Fiber ONT 250↓/250↑ | ISP Telenor | Wifi Router Orbi RBR850 + RBS850 + 2x RBS750 + 3xRBS350, Wired/Wireless BH / Orbi RBR50 + 6x RBS50 + RBS40V + RBS50Y, Wired/Wireless BH | Switches NG GS208 | Time Zone CET (Sweden)
