On my iPhoneSE, do I go to Settings and select Wi-Fi? Once I open Wi-Fi do I close the Wi-Fi name that is connected to the Orbi router? Then I go back and reactivate the name of the Wi-Fi connected with the Orbi router? I'm not sure what you mean "forget" the Orbi SSID? Thank you!
