Disney Circle Passcode
I'm unable to login to meetcircle passcode. I'm the admin but it keeps asking for a passcode. I dont have it and tried with 'send code' option but never received any SMS.
How to get rid of this p...

Please note that I have done this and not had any response. Surely Netgear should be able to provide me with a way to reset the password????
I cannot use the Parental controls as I cannot access the app without first logging in. Whenever I have tried to request a new password, it says it will send a replacement password to my mobile phone but this never happens.
Can someone at NetGear PLEASE HELP!!
