I can confirm Disney+ plays through an Orbi device. Not sure why yours doesn't. What device are you using for Disney+? My Disney+ is streaming through 3 Samsung TVs, 1 Vizio TV and Amazon Firestick with no issues. I earlier mention it would not work on my Android box, but it now does as well. All my devices are wireless through an Orbi RBK53 system.
This Orbi has been the biggest waste of money. It’s impossible to trouble shoot, it tells me that i have “extremely fast” internet, but Amazon prime and disney + do not work on Orbi network. Also i keep On getting these messages that websites are encrypted and require a password. It’d be great if Orbi had an easy way to trouble shoot, but sadly they do not. So beyond frustrating
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Are you wired or wireless when using these apps?
