Dropped internet
I have the RBR50 and RBS50. I've been having dropped internet a lot ever since I fully updated the firmware for both - probably the last 2-3 months. These are the things I've done to rectify this...

Is the RBR or RBS in the basement?
When internet drops, does the top ring LED on the RBR turn on PINK any?
What happens if you turn OFF the RBS, RBR and ISP Modem for 1 mintute. Then turn ON the modem then RBR. Leave the RBS OFF.
Do both wired and wireless devices not get any internet when this happens?

RBR turns pink. As does the RBS. Sometimes, I have seen it with no light.
I do get internet when I turn off everything and restart it. If I give it about a half hour or so, I start getting dropped signals again.

Pink means the RBR has lost connection with the modem and or the modem isn't working right or it also has lost it's connection with the ISP services.
Swap out LAN cables between the RBR and modem.
Test the modem with a wired PC connected to the modem with out the RBR connected to see if PC sees any problems.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
