Ethernet for Orbi satellites in separate buildings
New house and outbuilding construction. ISP cable modem will be in maiin house; Cat 6A cable will run from switch in house to two outbuildings 100+ feet from router (assume beyond WiFi range). No installation document I can find addresses how to establish ethernet connection for satillites outside WiFi range or whether that will even work. Plan had been to have Orbi satellites in two outbuildings connected by ethernet to switch in house connected to Orbi connected to cable modem. <would also like to have Orbi satillites within house connected by ethernet to Orbi>. Is such an Orbi mesh possible? <tried to chat with Support without success> Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays.

With the latest firmware you can connect the satellites to the main Orbi router via Ethernet directly to the router or through a switch as you mentioned. There is an article on the support site for Ethernet backhaul connection options.
