Everytime I try the orbilogin.com site it goes to the main netgear page

Why is it that everytime I try to go the the orbilogin.com or net page I get rerouted to the main Netgear page where they cant help?

Yes I cleared my cookies and history multiple times.

Thank you

Which page is that? I can think of several Netgear pages that might warrant that description.

What Netgear device do you own?

What modem/gateway (make and model) sits between that and the Internet?

Have you tried using its ip address?

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80

Is your Orbi in Router or Access Point (AP) mode?  If AP then you can't go to your admin website via orbilogin.com and instead you must use its IP address.  We can help you find it if your Orbi is in AP mode and you don't have it.  Or try: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/How-do-I-determine-the-IP-address-of-my-RBR50-and-RBS50-under/...
