Existing devices locked out of Orbi after connecting new Apple device

I have Orbi RBR50v2. It has worked great for a long time on my devices which include Apple iPhone, iPad as well as Windows laptops, TV's, etc. We added 1 new Apple device to Orbi wifi, and it immediately locked out several of the other devices that were working fine. We cannot figure out how to get access back on the devices that were working. The other devices just stopped getting internet access. The new Apple device got internet just fine at that time.
In the past (when we first got Orbi and struggled a few times with this), we were able to go to an admin screen that had attached devices, and check or uncheck the Access Control for devices and then it would work. I cannot find anything like that on the updated website or Orbi app. Can anyone help me reset back to have the previously working devices unblocked?
Thank you!

Netgear programs their router to intercept DNS inquiries to specific URLs to point to the router itself:
- orbilogin.com
- orbilogin.net
- (and several others)
The router LAN interface is the Gateway address of the LAN subnet, usually 192.168.1.1.
The user name is always "admin" and the password is whatever was defined when the router was configured.
These are not the same as the credentials for the Orbi 'app'.
In this "age of the app" I have noticed more users asking, "what's this about a password?" because it has been so long since they set up the WiFi system that they have no memory of changing the router web password from "password" to something else. If the router rejects a password three times in a row, it opens a Password Recovery process which asks for the router serial number (to prove that you actually have physical possession of the device and can look at the label on the bottom of the case) and answers to a couple of 'security' questions. Alas, many people skipped that step during the setup or did not record exactly how their answers were spelled (capital letter on names?... or all lower case?)
If the router will not accept the password, then a Factory Reset is the only way to gain access to the router web interface.

This feature is found on the Advanced Tab, Security Menu, Access Control:
I deliberately do not enable this feature. If someone can guess my complicated WiFi password, they deserve to be connected.

Do you have a URL for that? I've been on that screen before (years ago), but the URL's I used then don't work now. Thank you!

Oh, also - to get to that page, are you using the admin username/pw (not the wifi password)?

Re: Existing devices locked out of Orbi after connecting new Apple device
Hello @WiFightIt ,
The Orbi admin page uses an admin password combination that is different from your Wifi SSID and password.
Best,
Kevin
