Firmware Update Renders Orbi Unusable
I have had an Orbi system since 2017. It has worked perfectly. Then I got a notice to update the firmware. I did that and the Orbi became unusable. I could not connect to wifi. I disconnected the Orbi and ran an ethernet cable directly from my modem to my computer. It worked perfectly, so the problem was the Orbi. I reinstalled everything and it still did not work. After a couple of hours I decided the Orbi was junk. I disconnected it and bought a Google system. The Google system works perfectly. This will be last thing I buy from Netgear.

Re: Firmware Update Renders Orbi Unusable
Maybe post about this over in the correct Orbi AC forum.

SInce this is the Orbi AX forum.
There are some steps that may help recover the Orbi system.
Good Luck.
