I have a PS4 that sits a bit far from the orbi router. Its connected to the Router on 5 Ghz but the signal indicator in the mobile app shows the one bar only. This is leading to losing connection frequently. I know 2.4 ghz gives me a more stable connection. How can i connect my PS4 to 2.4 ghz only?

Maybe this isn't what you want, however....
The PS4 User Guide claims there is an "Options" button on the WiFi setup
https://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps4/settings/nw_settings.html
"On PS4™ systems that support the 5 GHz range, you can choose which Wi-Fi frequency band to use. On the Wi-Fi network selection screen, press the OPTIONS button."
