Home Network shows two routers with different names with all the same info and device connections.
My network has an RBR40 with two satellites RBS20. Firmware is current. The orbi app show two routers - an RBR50 with all the info and a second one that is RBR40 with only locally connected showing in the app. But all the info for them is the same, same serial numbers, same computer connections and same device connections. Everything connects except my iPhone 13. I have toggled the iPhone Private WiFi connection to no avail. Can anyone help me understand why my Orbi app shows the same connection info with different names and does anyone have any idea why my iPhone won't connect. I suspect they are the same problem but sure dont know. Thanks for any help you might provide.

Re: Home Network shows two routers with different names with all the same info and device connect...
Hello Dutchman1967,
I understand that you are experiencing network connectivity issues with your iPhone. This can be caused by a discrepancy in your network settings. Reset the network settings on your phone to resolve this issue.
Please follow the directions below to reset your iPhone network settings:
Settings >Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset> Network settings
Let me know if this resolves your issue!!
Best,
Kevin

Re: Home Network shows two routers with different names with all the same info and device connect...
Kevin -I did the reset as suggested and it still does not hook up to the WiFi. I suspect that the router with two names and same info is causing it - but all other devices I have connect, including and iPad and MacBookPro (both older). Thanks so much for taking the time to assist. I am really perplexed. I suspect a reset of Orbi system could not hurt - found the directions to reset but not what to do after that.
