How to fix disconnected router remotely from a different Orbi network (CBR40)

I have two Orbi networks on my Orbi app - my home network and the network for our rental property about 300 miles away. I will not be able to get to the rental property for at least another month so ...

What FW is currently loaded?

Whats the ISP service? 

I would check with the ISP to ensure the ISP service and signal levels to the CBR40 is good and is working correctly. The modem inside the CBR40 depends on this. 

 

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

 

Might try removing the app, rebooting the mobile device, then re-add it.
