Re: I have Cox ultimate 300 down 34 up
Whats the Mfr and model of the ISP modem? Built in router by chance?
What FW version are you using?
The first wave to be released are only for the RBR50 and RBS50, which is used in the RBK50 and RBK53 (Costco) kits.
New beta FW avaialble. Get it while its hot of the press:

Re: I have Cox ultimate 300 down 34 up
I’m wondering if I should try a factory reset and see if that has anything to do with it

Re: I have Cox ultimate 300 down 34 up
If you have upgrade FW to beta, yes, please try the reset and set up from scratch. I would avoid setting up QoS, Traffic Meter or Access Controls.
Try a reset then do a speed test with a ethernet connected PC. Should be getting to spec speeds...
Just making sure the ISP modem doesn't have a built in router is all.
