Re: Internet Speed not as per the ISP
You didn't give us much info.
1. What modem do you have? (model number)
2. What router system are you using?
3. how are you testing? wired? wireless? using the built in app or using your own app? I'd highly recommend testing wired for the most reliable results.

Re: Internet Speed not as per the ISP
Hi,
Following arethe details requested.
1. What modem do you have? (model number) Product> RBR20 Model > AC2200 Orbi Micro Router
2. What router system are you using? Product> RBR20 Model > AC2200 Orbi Micro Router
3. how are you testing? wired? wireless? using the built in app or using your own app? I'd highly recommend testing wired for the most reliable results.
When I testing the connection directly from the Model to Laptop the speed is 50 mbps, but when I am trying to access the Wireless through Orbi download is less than 0.5 mbps
Regards/Narva

Re: Internet Speed not as per the ISP
I am from Dubai. Etisalat is the ISP.
I do agree on that, as I said, If I connected directly to the Modem speed is acceptable. After connecting to the Router the speed is dropped.

Re: Internet Speed not as per the ISP
Ok, looks ISP proprietary. Was checking for a built in router here. I don't believe it has one.

From what I could find, that does have an integrated router.
