Is there a way to allocate bandwidth with an Orbi platform?

I seem to be saturating my bandwidth when I upload (Comcast has terrible upload speeds) which in turn strangles the download speed. Is there a way to limit the upload speed of a device or the network in general ?

    I am not aware of any option on the Orbi to limit bandwidth.  I would look on whatever device is uploading.
