I understand that you would like a way to designate the mobile operator your LBR20 connects to. This can be done by modifying the APN settings of your LBR20 to point to the desired network.
To modify the APN settings please navigate to the following:
ADVANCED > Setup > Internet Setup > Mobile Broadband Settings > APN.
