Multiple APs. RBR50 losing connection

Does an RBR50 in AP mode have a problem if there is also a non-ORBI AP on the same LAN in the same area withj the same SSID? For the past week I am getting some strange connection issues that show up as no Internet connection (WiFi OK, no Internet). If I go Ethernet to the network I have no problem.
I have been on fw 2.3.5.30 for months.

Don't want to lower the new AP power. I am in the process of moving the new APs in. They can work with VLANs for better security.
I changed the SSID on the new AP with no change in channels. Worked.
Thanks

Re: Multiple APs. RBR50 losing connection
What happens if you turn off the NON Orbi AP?
Having another signal source near buy or running same channels as the main Orbi can cause problems.
Turn down the power output of the non Orbi AP to a low setting and change channels to far apart from the Orbi RBR.
