My Orbi RBK40 is not connecting to my Ring Doorbell (wifi only) please help
I recently purchased the Orbi RBK40, I was able to connect all my devices from Nest Thermostat to tv's etc with the exception of the Ring Doorbell (wifi only). It worked fine when I had it connected with the cable company router, once I tried to connect to the Orbi it gave me a network error. I am super frustrated. I want to connect the doorbell, I am not super techy, perhaps a youtube video could help. your help is appreciated. It sucks that Netgear charges you to speak to a customer representative. My 90 day technical support expired 2 days ago, basically if i want to speak to someone i need to pay, ridiculous considering you are buying their product. If I can't get it to work, I am returning it to BestBuy.
thanks for your help.

If those solutions (that worked for other people) don’t work for you, you can can also try contacting Ring for tech support. This is not necessarily an issue with Orbi.
