My Tri Band Orbiter Router RBR20 and Satellite RBW30 can provide 2.4 and 5 GHz service
My router and satellite now only provide 5Ghz service and I cannot operate my security cameras which function on 2,4Ghz. When this issue came up i attempted to download any outstanding updates and I receive an ERROR message>! The RBR20 Router is operating on firmware V2.6.2.104 and the RBW30 Satillite firmware is V2.6.2.2
These components all performed very well when I initially installed them?
I can see in the Orbi App that both remain at 5GHz and I want to know if there is a method to reinitialize the dual 2.4 and 5 Ghz
performance???
Your help and asssitance will be appreciated. This is my first time to post to the community

Can you make a screet shot of where the Orbi 'app' claims the Orbi is broadcasting only 5G WiFi?
There are free applications for Windows* and Android* that will show the strength of every WiFi access point within reach. For this combination of RBR20 and RBW30 there should be:
- Two access points broadcasting the Orbi WiFi SSID on a 2.4G channel
- Two access points broadcasting the Orbi WiFi SSID on a 5G channel
- Two access points broadcasting a [hidden] SSID on a different 5G channel.
For Windows, I like WiFiInfoView from nirsoft: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wifi_information_view.html
For Android, WiFi Analyzer by Kevin Yuan: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.lamatricexiste.networksearch&hl=en
There are many other excellent similar programs. These are two that I have used for some time.
It would probably be worth taking a few minutes to open the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net) and navigate to the Advanced Tab, Advanced Settings, Advanced Wireless Settings and verify that the box "Enable Broadcast of SSID" on the 2.4G channel is checked.
