NAS and RBK53 best Connection to Router or Satellite
I have a RBK53, is it possible to configure one satellite wired and the second wireless expanding the first wired satellite signal instead of using the router?
Do I have a performance loss in this configuration?
Also for a NAS server the performance is the same if I connect it to the wired Satellite instead to the router?

Re: NAS and RBK53 best Connection to Router or Satellite
Performances should be the same if wired backhaul.
Might see if Daisy Chain feature works.
The more you put something in the middle of a wired connection, there can be some degradation. Best to keep things simple as possible. If you need performances with NAS then you might consider a external Gb switch after the router and connect the NAS and any wired PCs and devices to this switch. Be sure its a NON-Managed switch. Don't use a managed switch.
