NETGEAR Armor $10 off offer not working

I recently upgraded to the latest firmware and activated Armor.
Listed in my offers I see $10 off a year subscription, however when I click this link it still shows the full price of $69.99 and not the $59.99 which is shown.

Is anyone else having this issue, how do I get my $10 discount?
