NETGEAR Orbi RBK20 Whole Home AC2200 Tri-band WiFi System
I am looking at buying a Netgear Orbi.RBK20 AC2200 system. I have a 240sqm house which is 21m long and 11m wide. It is double story at rear and single story at front. My modem position will be in middle of house and is 7m from front and I plan putting the sateille at rear (either ground floor or 2nd story). What I am wondering is how far the wifi signal will go away from router towards the front of the house (where no sateillle is)? ie front no sateille router middle of house and sateille rear of house, The distance of this is 7m with a single wall in between. Also, wondering whether this setup using the Orbi would make the whole house all 5G signal strength? Currently I can get 5G on the rear double story which is 9m x 7m placing the modem on 2nd rear point (but want to move the router and modem to middle when using Orbi's).
Or, the other alternative is should I use try and buy a high quality router to do the whole house and what model would you recommend? I am very confused when I read the reviews and issues people have had. Any advice greatly appreciated

30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
