Netgear Orbi RBR50 Port Forwarding for Xbox

Hi All,   Looking for some guidance as I have followed instructions to port forward but seems to not be working right as when I search for the port on https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/...

So even with the modem in modem only mode, the Orbi is using a 10.something IP address? I guess this will work too. Normally Orib would use 192.168.1.1 


Need to be sure the modem is fully bridged.

I've tried the above and it still seems to not allow online play.

 

RE: Orbi IP, Yep, it's definitely bridged as there are 2 modes to select:

DSL Modem Router Mode and Wireless Router Mode

and mine is set on DSL Modem Router Mode.
 

I didn't make the settings as 10.xxx on Orbi, It was already setup like that.
