Netgear account problem, iphone app email login failure
After using my Orbi system for months, I had found the IPhone Orbi app to forget my email/password a couple of times - but I restarted my phone and it would then reconnect. This week, the IPhone app refused to connect, even after a restart. I could log into my Netgear account ok over the web, and I could use the ADMIN login to the RBR50 just fine. I tried the "reset my passsword" many times during the day - BUT NEVER GOT an email set to my email address where my product is registered. I have temporarly reconnected by using a different email address, but it will not let me "register" my product saying someone else has registered it. Will SOMEONE AT NETGEAR please contact me and help get this straightend out ? I can give you the serial number and emails involved in this problem when you do.
