  I'm not getting anything from the serial console at all after setup and plugged in. Tried multiple reboots and console is blank.
  This is really frustrating! I can't afford to buy a whole new router after less than a year and a half!

    Ok, sounds like the RBR is hosed pretty good.
    Please send a PM to Blanca_O and Christian_R and explain the situation to them and see what options maybe available to you.
