New firmware released 1.11.0.20
Some people were saying the 1.11.0.N beta was helping with a lot of issues. There is a new version released, but the release notes don't list any fixes. Has anybody tried the new version to see if it...

If you are still having issues after updating your Orbi unit you may want to factory reset the Orbi and test again. If you are still having disconnect issues or other issues with this firmware please create a new thread or contact our support team.

Wasn't accusing anyone here of giving rave reviews, what I meant was on those websites the existing reviews are 4+ starts out of 5. And I don't understand how that is possible, it's not like this is fish from the grocery story, it's an engineered product. I have RBK53.
I feel differently, I don't forgive them for the design issues. Technical support is bad at most places 9 out of 10 times so that's an expectation of mine. What I don't expect is for my product to have this many bugs in it such that I waste hours of my time setting up something BASIC! Sure it's complicated behind the scenes, but this is what they do, it's their specialty! It's not like I bought this from a company that makes bikes, but that's what the quality feels like, haha

I have gone through many of the problems I see on this forum. I'm very unhappy with the amount of time I've had to spend putting up with reboots, backhaul issues, unreliable Web interface and even disconnections. I've now had my Orbi units for 12 days. All but two days on the current firmware. Not beta. For some reason these last three days have been reasonably stable. Except for waking up in the middle of the night with a magenta glow across the bedroom. So far I have not been able to blame Orbi. This most recent night, my modem log shows Cable Modem Reboot due to T4 timeout at 1:20am. So, I assume Comcast was gone.
Someone commented on tech support... Netgear's sure isn't what I'm used to from Apple.
I'm going to stick with Orbi for awhile longer.
