What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
Has the ISP modem and router been turned OFF for 1 minute then turn on the modem and let it sync with ISP services then power ON the router.
Swap ehternet cabling between the modem and router. CAT 6 is recommended.
