ORB148 won’t connect to Internet content, although router is working normally.
All of a sudden the devices on my Internet network were no longer connecting to the Internet over the Wi-Fi. Comcast reset my modem and said everything is working fine and my signal is strong. They said the problem is with my Orbi router. I can use the Orbi app to connect to my equipment, however I cannot connect through my equipment to the Internet content. I have reset it all to no avail.
Model: RBR50|Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi Router

What modem do you have from comcast?
try this.
power off the modem and the router. disconnect everything from both (even coax from modem)
Wait 2 minutes
connect coax back to modem. power it on and give it several minutes to fully boot.
connect modem lan to wan port on orbi.
power orbi on and give it several minutes to fully boot. then try using it.
Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
